If you have agreed with us to pay the fees involved in filing a UK trade mark application by installments, you may use this page to set up the necessary payments by three equal (or as near as possible) installments:
The above fees do not cover a full similarity search prior to filing, or the final charge on completion of £60 per application in the UK to cover checking and reporting publication, checking and issuance of the certificate of registration, and monitoring for renewal purposes, or the possibility of official or third party objections to registration, and it can happen that you may need to budget something more as a contingency for this reason. All figures quoted exclude VAT or any subsequent work arising from advising on and responding to official objections to registration or other official actions or third party oppositions which may materialise.
